Attached is a rental application from Holloway & Associates. We ask that you complete all the information that is asked. Landlord names and phone numbers are vital as well as current employer and phone number. Failure to provide this information will hinder the application process.
A non-refundable application fee of $30.00 for each applicant is required in order for the application to be processed. The application fee can be paid in cash or certified funds when application is submitted. The process to begin your application search will not start until the money is paid. It is not unusual for multiple applicants to apply for the same home/apt. We process applications on a first- come, first-serve basis so a timely return of this application is prudent.
